I work with autistic and AuDHD adults who have spent a lifetime masking. You may have spent years adapting and editing yourself to fit a world that wasn’t built for you. Therapy with me is a space to stop pretending. It is a space to start understanding who you are and how to make it easier to be you. I believe that the only things wrong with the autistic experience are the impossible expectations we’ve been handed.
I offer neuroaffirming therapy. I start from the premise that your brain processes the world in an autistic way. That is a difference, not a deficit. Therapy isn’t the task of making you fit into the world. It is to help you understand yourself more clearly, and shape your life in a way that works for you.
I know how hard it can be to find a therapist, particularly as a neurodivergent person. I’m happy to book in a free chat to talk through what you’re hoping to find.
