Hello, I am a fully registered and accredited MBACP psychotherapist. While I work with a broad range of concerns, my main areas of focus are trauma therapy, working therapeutically with adolescents and young adults, and supporting former boarding school pupils. I hold a postgraduate diploma with distinction in Trauma Therapy from The Naos Institute, and completed Nick Duffell’s specialist diploma in psychotherapy with ex-boarders, along with additional specialist trainings, which together shape my work.
Along with running my private practice, my background includes experience working with alcohol and addiction-related issues, including supporting friends and family, 5 years working in the NHS in CAMHS, followed by time as a 6th form college counsellor.
