Hello, I’m Sophie and thank you for reading my page. As a registered counsellor I believe that each of us has the essence and capacity to build on what we have in our lives and that your life experience deserves the space to be heard.
I help a lot of clients faced with a life issue who feel they need to hide parts of themselves from the outside world.
I offer a safe space and opportunity to work through issues and struggles that you may be experiencing.
My therapeutic practice is rooted in Transactional Analysis (TA). This counselling approach is based on the principle that each of us has a Parent, Adult, and Child within us, influencing our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. TA recognises that our early life experiences play a key role in shaping who we become and how we present in our day-to-day lives.
I offer support with a wide variety of issues and provide a range of tools and resources. I use powerful grounding and relaxation techniques along with aspects of Indian Head Massage and NLP to help you feel settled and present in your life.
