Hello,I am committed to providing psychotherapy in a non-judgmental,safe and confidential environment.I work with IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR. I am an experienced therapist with many years of helping clients make sense of their emotions and difficulties.I am an LGBTQ+, POC & and poly-friendly therapist. Psychotherapy provides a safe, regular, reliable and confidential space in which to explore life's problems and past traumas. Change becomes possible, and a range of different choices can be made. We can see how the past impacts the present and work together with compassion and acceptance toward healing.
If you are anxious or/and depressed and suffer from past trauma I can help.I am an experienced qualified integrative counselling psychotherapist using IFS( Internal Family System )& EMDR with an MA in Integrative Therapy.I worked for many years in the NHS as a psychotherapist.I also see couples & people in all forms of relationships ,everyone is welcome!
I understand that it is daunting to speak about yourself to a stranger and my aim is to make you feel at ease . During the first session I would ask about yourself and your background and the issue(s) that bring you to therapy . We will then decide if we are a good fit for each others and discuss how we continue .
