My training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and other therapy approaches, allows me to tailor the sessions to best support your specific needs. I am warm and compassionate, but I won’t just sit and listen. I'll be actively engaged with you; working to help provide relief from painful feelings and to restore your well-being.
