One of the reasons I became a counsellor is because I’ve had my own mental health struggles in the past and I’ve watched family members grapple with challenging mental health conditions. I realise the path through is individual to each of us but having someone in your corner who listens and cares without judgment can make all the difference.
Many of my clients are navigating life changes, relationship breakdown, school or work pressures, family issues and have a growing realisation that something has to change. I work with a broad range of individuals and warmly welcome neurodivergent clients and people from LGBTQIA communities.
I offer empathy, time and the safe space you need to talk things through at your own pace and begin to make sense of what might be going on for you. My hope is that you feel at ease from the outset, as our sessions are a time for you to share your experiences, build self-awareness, feel genuinely heard and understood and start to heal.
