I specialise working individually with clients. I have a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Counselling from the University of Edinburgh (2017). This was focused on the Person Centred approach and Psychodynamic perspective.
I’ve over 5000 dedicated hours of experience. Anxiety, depression, loss and trauma have been the main presenting areas in my practice.
