It is rare to find someone who sincerely and genuinely cares, accepts us without judgement, or has true understanding empathy for us. People often tell us how we should feel or how they think we should deal with our situation, not theirs. Sometimes even with conditions, otherwise we face consequences. Thinking of what benefits them, not us. Looking at things from their perspective, not ours.
This can lead to pressure to handle things in a way we do not want to and being in a place we do not want to be. Living an unhappy unfilled life where our feelings are ignored and unmet. Resulting in being in a very lonely isolated place.
I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor. I will accept you for who you are with no judgement, genuinely care for and empathise with you. I will move at a pace you are comfortable with to process how you feel and what you're going through without telling you what to do. To help support you to grow into your authentic self where you learn to live and be you.
I have always been naturally empathic, caring and non judgemental to many people of different backgrounds, experiencing all kinds of issues. Many situations where others did not care, understand or support them. I channelled this into becoming a counsellor.
