Hello my name is Sonya, I am a CBT therapist (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). Sometimes in life we all get to a point where we just need to reach out. At Reach Out counselling I can offer my empathic skills adapting CBT interventions enabling you to have an understanding by looking at the elements from a different perspective. I am currently counselling at Myton Hospice, Age UK taking GP referrals working with Loss, Bereavement, Stress, Anxiety, Addictions, PTSD, Trauma, Dementia, Neurological conditions.
I will adapt the approach to my clients needs working collaboratively together to build a therapeutic and trustworthy relationship, for you to move forward taking with you some coping strategies for the future.
