I have over nineteen years of experience working with children, young people and adults. I offer in‑person sessions from my therapeutic space in the North West, as well as online or telephone appointments for flexible access. Whilst the person‑centred approach underpins all my work, I am also a qualified CBT therapist. I began my career supporting children as a primary school teacher and now work with them therapeutically. Alongside my client work, I am a clinical supervisor and college lecturer, helping trainee counsellors achieve their first professional qualification.

I am now making available time for private practice, deploying all the skills I’ve accrued in my 19 year career. I am a BACP accredited therapist, trained in person centred counselling and CBT. I offer a safe space, where I will listen compassionately, share knowledge, tools and strategies, empathise and personalise your therapy, to reflect your needs.

I provide a trusted, quality service, working with a range of personal, work and school related issues, e.g. anxiety, depression, OCD, bereavement, panic, self-harm, self-esteem. I have extensive experience of working with neurodiversity, ADHD in particular, the NHS, Occupational Health, with children and young people and with their parents or carers.
