Transactional Analysis is a method of psychotherapy descended from psychoanalysis. We work on the here and now, as well as the past. My approach helps people to respond to the current moment with autonomy and authenticity, not reactions learned in the past that might no longer serve you. My approach is non-judgemental and ethical.
My areas of particular interest are sex and relationships, parenthood, fertility, climate grief and action, and the intersection of psychotherapy and social justice.
I have worked at director level in various sectors. I have an MSc in Global Health from Brighton and Sussex Medical School and a BA in Development Studies from the University of Sussex.
