I am an accredited Psychotherapist, CBT, & Coach (trauma-informed) with more than 20 years’ experience. I specialise in high stakes life transitions
including relationship breakdown and divorce alongside trauma,
anxiety, depression, and helping clients understand the complexity of
what is happening in their mind and body so you can respond with
clarity instead of overwhelm. I combine evidence-based CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness to translate insight into action, supporting people to rebuild confidence, strengthen relationships, and move towards a life that is truly aligned with who you are and is fulfilling.
I have been qualified for over 20 years, accredited with BABCP. CBT is the Gold Standard Treatment, NICE. Working within the NHS, private hospital and charities. I am experienced in working with people who are experiencing a range of things including Depression, Anxiety Disorders (OCD, panic, GAD, etc), PTSD and Trauma, Relationships, are some of the many.

Initially we discuss what has brought you to seek help, I can explain the way we could work. Together to develop an understanding of your difficulties, how these are maintained and develop strategies to help you overcome them
