There is no need to be artistic to benefit from Art Therapy and guidance can be given to explore a variety of art materials. I have also trained in women centred life coaching.
I have worked for over 27 years as an Art Psychotherapist with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space in my private studio set in a beautiful garden. I am passionate about Art Therapy and work at your own pace to help you express and process personal difficulties.
I can help you discover and understand unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviours and find ways to let go and move forward. I aim to support you to look at yourself with compassion, embrace your uniqueness and discover your own coping mechanisms and strength. I can offer a space for you to find your true potential and strive for greater possibilities.
