My aim in therapy is to support individuals to become healthier in their mental wellbeing and develop resilience for their own, long term mental health self-management.
I'm an accredited consultant in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I'm a qualified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) teacher and draw upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) tailoring treatment to the individual’s needs and goals
I have extensive experience of delivering psychological therapy for a wide range of mental health problems, including depression, body dysmorphia and anxiety, such as health, social OCD and phobias. My specialist interest is working with those suffering with from PTSD, complex PTSD and offering support for addiction and substance misuse difficulties.
