Female Sexual Pain
Female sexual pain is far more common than many women realise — and far less talked about than it should be. Sexual pain can be confusing, isolating, and emotionally complex. It often affects not just sexual intimacy, but confidence, relationships, and a woman’s sense of herself. From March 2026 I am offering an in-person, closed therapeutic group for women experiencing sexual pain. This group is not about pushing through pain or fixing yourself. It is about understanding your body, your responses, and your relationship to intimacy in a way that feels safe and respectful. Email me for more information.

For men who's partners are Perimenopausal
From May 2026, I’ll be running a 6-week ONLINE therapeutic support group for men navigating relationship, intimacy, and identity changes during their partner’s perimenopause. This is a closed group with the same members each week and is not about fixing or managing your partner. It’s about understanding change and responding with clarity and care. If you’d like more information, you’re welcome to email me.
