I provide therapy in English and in French in my practices in Holborn. I see adult for short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy and use a range of modern approaches depending on your needs (CBT, Humanistic, EMDR, Psychodynamic). I shall provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can bring any concerns that might be troubling you. From every day life trouble to trauma, all types of concerns are legitimate and will be heard by me during therapy.
