Hi, I'm Sonia. I’m an Integrative Counsellor and EMDR Therapist. Prior to my private practice I have 19 years experience in the NHS supporting Healthcare staff. I understand life can become challenging and overwhelming at times and seeking the right help and Therapist can feel daunting.
