Are you struggling to make sense of your life? Have you lost track of who you are and what you want? Do you feel angry, sad, or hurt all the time without knowing what to do about it? You might not be able to pinpoint the reasons for your struggles, but deep down, you know that continuing as you are isn’t an option. I specialise in helping people confront and overcome a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, loss, childhood trauma, and relationship difficulties. I specialise in working with people who are neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic/Dyslexic etc) or LGBTQ+ or both!
I am experienced in different therapeutic interventions, from sand tray work and other creative approaches to CBT exercises and simple talking therapy. I will provide as much structure in sessions as you'd like and I believe the most important element of therapy is the relationship we build together. This will guide us on our journey.
You may not know exactly why it is you are struggling, only that things do not feel as you would like them to – that’s ok. You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Together we can create safety and an opportunity for you to explore what’s happening and find a way forward.
