I take an integrative approach which enables me to work with each individual in a way that is unique to them and their needs from therapy. With the use of different approaches hard to manage life situations which at times may be felt as emotionally blocking and confusing can start to be thought about explored and understood, once processed a new sense self awareness can offer a thinking space and a sense of clarity whereby present and future life choices and goals can be consciously known and manifested.

Being able to talk to a non-judgemental counsellor in a safe confidential environment can be a very therapeutic experience, allowing difficulties to be unpacked, worked through and resolved. Within my practice I believe strongly in the relationship that can be built between the therapist and client/s as being the most important ingredient in the therapeutic relationship. I have over 11 years experienced as BACP registered counsellor who works with adults, couples and young people. I have developed a skills set which includes talking therapy, eco-psychotherapy, mindfulness stress reduction, play and creative therapy.
