The space that I offer you will be all yours. It will be relaxed and comfortable, which will aid in your ability to feel open. Counselling can be daunting, and beginning- even more so. I aim to make this process as simple as possible, with the main focus being you, and what you want to explore. I will offer my knowledge and experience through ideas, solutions, strategies and techniques. Whatever your goal is, I want to help you achieve it.
I have worked with a wide range of challenges, with ages from 9 years old, to 70. Our challenges present themselves in different ways, at different times, and no two people are the same. This is why I work within an integrative approach, which means that I can use different methods of therapy, to suit you and your journey as best as possible.
The truth is, life isn't easy. Neither is speaking about your feelings, uncovering the past or dissecting coping mechanisms that are built deep within us. However, beginning therapy is the bravest, and best thing that you do, because it is just for you. It is for your Self. It is for your past, present and future, and for your overall quality of life.
