Thank you for viewing my profile. We all have different reasons to reach out. Just to let you know that you are not alone. I offer support with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, low self-esteem, bereavement/loss, etc. I draw from a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centred techniques, psychodynamic, transactional analysis and mindfulness. This integrative approach allows us to connect deeply, fostering a safe and mindfulness, supportive environment for your healing and growth. I am also a life coach. I will focus on helping you set and achieve your personal and professional goals.
I work with age 18 and above. I offer safe space and healthy therapeutical relationship to support you on your healing journey. Face to face/ remote counselling, and group sessions. I’m an integrative counsellor meaning I draw from different modalities of therapy when working with clients. This allows me to provide support across a wide range of issues.
My personal experience on adversity taught me that 'without adversity there is no resilience'. However, building resilience when going through adversity which could be Trauma/deterioration in our mental health etc can be daunting. As an integrative counsellor I can support you through your therapeutic journey by creating a healthy therapeutic relationship.
