I am a senior psychologist with over 28 years experience in the NHS and private practice. I have extensive experience working with individuals presenting with a range of emotional difficulties. I work in a collaborative manner with clients. I offer an initial 15 minutes telephone or zoom call to provide an opportunity to ask questions that you may have and to see if I can help.
In my work I use an integretative approach to help clients explore difficulties, develop coping strategies and improve emotional well being.
I work with individuals ranging from 15 years of age to older adults.
I work with individuals presenting with depression/low mood, bereavement and loss, work stress, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, anxiety spectrum disorders including generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety, phobias, post-traumatic disorder (PTSD) obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), & perfectionism and relationship problems.
I use an integrative approach and offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy and exploratory therapy where the client would like to make sense and work out what might be going on for them.
