Everyone is unique and manages life's experiences/ hardships differently. I provide a non-judgemental safe space, offering my full support, patience and understanding. Due to my own life experiences, I am able to relate, understand and genuinely empathise with my clients issues, pain and struggles.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I provide online/ remote & In-person Counselling. Online therapy makes this service obtainable for those that may find it difficult or challenging to leave their home, or for more ease and comfort. I offer a long or short term therapy, non-judgemental and an empathic safe space to share and listen.
I will never define you as your "issue or struggle", but I will see you as a whole, all parts of you. Often we feel stuck, lost, confused, and alone. Collaboratively, I will go on a journey alongside you, offering continuity, warmth, supporting you to reflect, explore, discovering ways in which to manage, adapt, grow, and in becoming your authentic self.
