I’m Sofia, a BACP Registered Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MA) working with adults & children. Coming originally from Greece, through Porto, and now calling UK my home, I’ve witnessed a shared human truth. None of us is immune to emotional pain. Trauma, grief, anxiety, intense emotions, and fears or challenges around intimacy can feel isolating, but in the presence of a compassionate, trusting relationship, they can be held,acknowledged & transformed.
I understand that seeking counselling can bring feelings of anxiety or fear but it also carries hope. By building a genuine and consistent relationship rooted in curiosity and presence, we can work together to bridge past, present, and future.
