I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychologist, and I can offer weekly sessions to adults of all ages and backgrounds, in person and online. My approach is caring and supportive, providing a confidential space for you to explore current issues and/or past experiences. This insight can create new opportunities of how you approach life and relationships.
