Welcome to my profile. Making sense of yourself as a whole can feel daunting, especially when you are trying to do it alone. Exploring your sense of identity and building confidence is something we can work through together in therapy. I offer an open, empathic, and safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain a deeper understanding of yourself within your world, and feel supported in growing and developing your self-esteem.
I work integratively, drawing on attachment, existential and humanistic approaches, with person-centred therapy at the core. I support individuals with trauma, abuse and anxiety, and work sensitively with people from South Asian backgrounds exploring identity, belonging and sense of self and offering a safe and validating space for reflection and growth.
Feeling misunderstood or unseen can be deeply isolating. If this resonates, I would like to offer a space where you do not have to carry things alone. Life is not always straightforward and making sense of our experiences often takes time, reflection, and compassion.
