Working with people to help them through trauma, distressing life events, adverse childhood experiences, the knock-on effects of dealing with bereavement of any sort, the impact of living with long term ill-health, disability or coming to terms with a new diagnosis, truly is my passion. These are some of the many reasons people come to see me, but I also work with young people (aged 13+) supporting them with friendship issues, self-esteem, self-harm, dealing with the effects of bullying, figuring out their gender identity and supporting them with the impact of divorce and of having a narcissistic parent in their life.
