I'm Sneha, a fully qualified integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and I provide counselling to those who are 18 and above.
I work with adults who may be experiencing a wide range of issues. You may have felt alone, disconnected or overwhelmed, even when surrounded by people. I offer a non-judgmental space for self-exploration, where we could look into recurring patterns in your thoughts, relationships, and past experiences. Together, we can identify what may be holding you back from achieving your goals.
I was brought up in a culture where mental health was never acknowledged, and it inspired me to create a space where seeking support is encouraged.
