I strongly believe in creating a space where you feel as safe and comfortable as possible. No issue is too big, or too small. There is never any judgement in the room, and I will be guided by you to understand what you need and want from our sessions. Sometimes, that's just a space to be able to share your feelings and be seen and heard, which can be very powerful in itself. Other times, you may wish for more guidance along the way. We will work together to achieve whatever your goals may be. I will always hear your experiences from a non-judgemental and empathetic position, from there, we will work to find out what you most need.
My main philosophy and belief in life, is that people are good, and that often we don't realise the depth of impact from various life experiences. Within sessions, I offer opportunities to explore this and understand the factors that may be in play with how different parts of you, your personality, or your behaviours may have developed.
I began my career after having struggles with my own mental health and experiencing counselling. It had such a profound impact on me that I realised I wanted to offer the same kind of space and help that I was offered when I most needed it.
