Maybe dealing with shame, rejection sensitivity, constant masking or even late diagnosis grief. I can help to build self-awareness, celebrate strengths and utilise skills. I can help to manage overwhelm, procrastination, and intense emotions. My practice is flexible when it comes to managing time, ease of booking, clear communication and as many reminders as is necessary .....
