I have a personal interest in neurodiversity and feel passionate about helping with acceptance and understanding.
I can help by offering a non-judgemental, empathic, totally confidential space for us to explore how you’re feeling. It really is a team effort, I’m there to listen and to help you find your way. My Person-Centred approach can help you to a greater understanding of yourself.
