If you’re reading this you must have determined you would like help to heal and resolve difficulties in your life. I have a wealth of experience working with adults and children who have endured severe trauma, mental ill health (anxiety, depression etc) and have guided them through the healing process. Trauma affects both brain and body, causing somatic pain and toxic stress. Abusive relationships leave there damage behind long after they have ended . I’m not a fixer and I don’t have a magic wand, however, I can help you untangle the confusion and find some much needed hope to help you reach your goal.
I work predominately person centred however, I integrate other modalities into my practice. I enjoy working creatively and offer walk and talk sessions. I can also do home visits if travelling is difficult for you. I offer a relaxing and safe space to be in. My expertise is within trauma and anxiety including OCD, PTSD, CPTSD. I am a trauma practitioner.
