Sometimes this means our relationships might suffer, or our life, career and family choices. Having therapy with an experienced practitioner can help you. Therapy is about building a shared understanding of what you are facing. If you are struggling with trauma, family issues, career issues, relationships, abuse, coping difficulties, I can help. I am also happy working with children and adolescents
I can help you both from a Cognitive Analytic Therapy perspective and other approaches, such as EMDR, as needed. I am also interested in holistic approaches alongside, to be able to form a team around the individual. I have experience in pain management too. I will walk alongside you as we build a shared understanding of the path you are on.
If you are struggling, sometimes it helps to know you don't have to walk this path alone. Having an experienced therapist walk this journey alongside you, looking out for new possibilities and helping you reflect on the path you are on, can be the most helpful thing we can do.
