Hi, I’m Sam, a Children’s Creative Counsellor. I bring sunshine into the lives of children, young people, and families. As a Person-Centred Counsellor and registered member of the BACP, I understand how important it is for young people to feel safe, seen, and heard. Whether your child is dealing with school anxieties, family changes, or just the ups and downs of growing up, I offer a supportive, confidential space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings freely. I'm here to help guide them through their challenges with care and understanding.
With over 25 years of experience, I know the value of a caring, creative approach. I’m not your typical counsellor, fun, laughter, and play are central to my sessions. My own childhood trauma taught me the importance of a safe space to share, and I bring that understanding into every session to help children feel comfortable and able to trust.
I'm passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health, helping young people turn struggles into strengths, and empowering families.
