Hello, I'm Sarah. I offer counselling and psychotherapy. I have 20yrs experience within a variety of settings, NHS, Universities, FE colleges and workplace providers including specialised occupational groups-emergency services. I believe that in therapy 'not one size fits all' and so I have made it my focus to continue to learn and develop my practice. My qualification and experience in the facilitation of reflexive supervision, both in groups and individual, can be of benefit to supervisees that request cross-professional supervisory support, and I offer timely group support in the aftermath of a critical incident.
I have 18 years experience of working with clients that present with complex grief, acute stress, addictions, post-traumatic stress and clients who may or may not have a formal PTSD diagnosis.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy can support a client who may like to explore specific goals of which can be professional and/or personal and a duration of 4-6 sessions.
