Are you worried about your child? Are you concerned about their emotional wellbeing or behaviour. Parenting is tough and at times, it can feel hard to know the best way to respond to support your child. I am here to help you and your child understand the difficulties and find a way forward. I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with 14 years’ experience of working with children and families. I am experienced with difficulties related to anxiety, low self esteem, trauma and distress. My aim is to get families to feel connected, reduce feelings of distress and develop resilience going forward.
I offer specialist assessment and therapeutic input to children to help reduce emotional distress, which might be affecting a child's wellbeing, behaviour, friendships, education and family life. Therapy may involve individual and/or child and parent work. I also offer therapeutic parenting support. I specialise in trauma and attachment difficulties.
