My approach is emotion-focusd and relational. I offer a calm, grounded space where you don’t have to hold everything together. I work with anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and trauma. Together, we explore the patterns beneath your struggles and build steadier, kinder ways of coping.
