I am a fully-qualified psychotherapist and addiction psychologist with over 10 years' experience of working with clients worldwide. Prior to this, I was a successful commercial artist and illustrator for 15 years, working in the advertising, fashion and music industry, before I myself began my recovery journey. Although since then I have worked primarily in the private addiction and eating disorder sector, including as the lead therapist at one of Europe’s foremost private residential treatment centres, I am now also able to offer help to those seeking support through my private practice.
The work we will do together is always led by you. I will help you safely develop the understanding you need to process and move through whatever it is you have chosen to bring to your sessions . Whether it be short or long term is completely up to you.
We can work through specific events or emerging issues by way of exploring safely how your wellbeing has been impacted and how you can challenge yourself, at a pace to suit you, and help you to continue to manage your life in the future. Or it can simply be a safe and confidential space to talk openly, free of fear or of judgement.
