About
Are you pretending you're ok when actually you're not? Do you have difficulty talking about your feelings and asking for support? Whatever your reasons for seeking counselling, I am here to listen without distraction, to fully see, hear and accept you in your wholeness, without judgement, with care, compassion and empathy. I can help you to explore anything that is impacting your everyday life, functioning and wellbeing, to become more choiceful, to feel more confident, resilient and empowered. My in-person practice is at Caya Therapy and South London Therapy Group both located in Peckham Rye, London, SE15 4PU. I also work online.
I work relationally, combining different techniques and approaches tailored to best suit you as we get to know each other. I support people struggling with self-belief, self-worth and self-esteem to assert their boundaries and communicate their needs in relationships. I offer support with moving your life into a more positive, safe and healthy place.
I want you to feel comfortable when embarking on counselling, it can be a vulnerable and unsettling time. I am a friendly, down-to-earth, genuine person. I offer a warm, kind, compassionate space. I will not judge you, I will listen and help you to explore both past and present issues that may be holding you back. Contact me to begin your counselling journey
