As a Medical Doctor and therapist with 20 years of experience, I bridge the gap between clinical expertise and compassionate, informal care.
I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant and IFS therapist. I specialize in helping children, caregivers , and adults process trauma effectively. My approach is "purposefully informal"—meaning I prioritize a friendly, safe connection while using powerful tools to help and set goals you set for healing and wellbeing.
I provide EMDR therapy and I also provide IFS therapy. I have been trained in EMDR - an effective integrative therapy for 16 years. I am passionate about children and young people heal from the impact of emotional trauma. I have achieved a high level of expertise as an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant. Note I do not offer crisis mental health support
I am an experienced therapist who has worked with children and young people, parents and care givers for many years. I have a friendly and informal approach anchored in being respectfully attuned to you and your needs.
