I am an EMDR Consultant and IFS L2 Therapist. Whether you’re struggling with old wounds or seeking specialized help, you don’t have to carry the distress alone. As an EMDR Specialist and Medical Doctor with 20 years of experience, I bridge the gap between clinical expertise and compassionate, informal care.
I specialize in helping children, young people & adults process trauma effectively. My approach is very informal and creative —meaning I prioritize a safe connection while using powerful tools to help achieve goals you set for healing and wellbeing.
I work with adults, children, adolescents with common mental health problems
I provide EMDR therapy and I also provide IFS therapy online. I have been trained in EMDR - an effective integrative therapy for 16 years. I am passionate about children and young people heal from the impact of emotional trauma. I have achieved a high level of expertise as an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant. Note I do not offer crisis mental health support
I am an experienced therapist who has worked with children and young people, parents and care givers for many years. I have a friendly and informal approach anchored in being respectfully attuned to you and your needs. My sessions start with getting to know you and are focussed on goal setting and supporting recovery from trauma.
