As an Integrative therapist with a holistic approach to counselling I believe each person is unique. My techniques are informed by a variety of psychotherapy approaches which l will vary according to your needs and concerns. I provide a safe, confidential space where I offer short term counselling and longer term psychotherapy for deeper work .
