They might be neurodivergent, parent carers, or just used to putting everyone else first. They’re looking for a space where they don’t have to mask or explain themselves, where they can slow down, feel supported, and start reconnecting with who they really are-with less guilt, more ease, and in their own time.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore whatever’s going on for you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, navigating change, or wanting to reconnect with yourself, I’ll meet you where you are. I have particular experience with neurodivergence, parent carers, and the impact of domestic abuse.
If you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time, feeling like you have to keep it all together, you deserve space to just be. I offer a supportive, empathetic environment where you can explore what’s going on at your own pace, with understanding and care.
