Hello my name is Sinead, and I'm a fully (accredited) BACP integrative counsellor/Psychotherapist. I work using EMDR , psychodynamic, and CBT. I'm employed with the Belfast Trust as an addiction counsellor , something I am truly passionate about,and associate for SHIP Southern Trust supporting young kids and adults who struggle with self harm .
