If you are feeling stuck, low and fearful due to the loss of a loved one or relationship breakdown, or not able to cope with life at the moment. I may be able to help. I offer a place to come to and be heard and understood without judgement. I give you space to bring in whatever is worrying you. Allowing us to dig deeper and explore more of what is worrying you, and how you can help yourself. I believe, you have the necessary resources to heal yourself. Yet, I know that we can feel stuck and need support.
I have worked with a diverse client group and issues. Including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, gender & sexuality. Working at two Psychotherapy Centre in the centre of Colchester. I use mindfulness in my counselling practice. I take into account feelings in the body, bringing awareness to these feelings.
The first step is making contact. I offer an hour assessment session at a reduced rate. This mutual assessment session is a chance to see if therapy can be useful for you and whether I am the right therapist for you. During this session we will discuss why you have come, record some biographical details and decide on a plan together.
