My specialities are relational trauma, body, c-ptsd, eating, relationships and eating disorders. I am an integrative therapist using somatic and relational practices, Schema therapy, and I am a registered nutritionist. I am a certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. This is truly bespoke and highly specialised.
