Men's Online Therapy Group
Join our Men’s Online Therapy Group to tackle addiction, compulsive behaviours, relationship challenges, sexual concerns, and trauma in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Our group provides an opportunity to share experiences, receive support, and work through issues with other men who understand your journey. Facilitated by a highly experienced psychotherapist who brings over 2000 hours of group therapy facilitation experience. The group runs in 12 week blocks, starting in September, January and April. Attendees are no more than 10 per group.
