As a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and COSRT accredited Clinical Sexologist I have specialised for 14 years in compulsive sexual behaviour, substance misuse and complex mental health concerns, helping my clients toward a path of recovery, rebuilding self esteem, healthy behaviours and better relationships.

My specialisms developed from working in forensic and psychiatric settings with complex symptoms. I have worked in community drug and criminal justice teams, managed addiction services and been a senior manager for an independent acute psychiatric hospital. I am currently Course Director at the Institute of Psychosexual Psychotherapy and a trustee for COSRT.

I work with people from all walks of life, from CEO's and high-profile public figures to those struggling with financial hardship. I am affirmative of all genders, sexualities and relationship diversities. My approach is non-judgemental and empathic, carefully tailored to meet your unique needs while adhering to established principles of recovery.

Men's Online Therapy Group

Join our Men’s Online Therapy Group for addiction, compulsive behaviours, relationship challenges, sexual concerns, and trauma, in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Our group provides an opportunity to share experiences, receive support, and work through issues with other men who understand your journey. Facilitated by a highly experienced psychotherapist who brings over 2000 hours of group therapy facilitation experience. The group runs in 10 week blocks, starting in October, January and April. Attendees are no more than 10 per group.
