Every life holds a compelling story and I am deeply committed to helping you navigate its complexities. I offer weekly psychodynamic psychotherapy, a non-judgmental, in-depth talk therapy - in a safe, confidential space. Sessions are available in-person, by phone, online, or as a hybrid. My London practice is just 2 minutes from Parsons Green Underground, in a discreet, professional non-clinical business centre. Clients often describe the warm, quirky room as both inviting and healing. Parsons Green is conveniently located 15-20 minutes from Victoria, Paddington, and West Brompton (Overground).
I offer compassionate, flexible therapy tailored to your needs. Each 50-minute session provides a free-flowing space to explore your thoughts, feelings, dreams, and experiences free from judgment or advice. Therapy is open-ended, lasting from weeks to years, with no deadlines to discuss any questions about duration. Scheduled breaks mirror school holidays.
My approach integrates Jungian and psychoanalytic traditions, focusing on unconscious dynamics, childhood experiences, dreams, and collective influences, societal and historical. Clients find this work insightful and intuitive. As a generalist, I address many issues e.g. life transitions, addiction, trauma, identity, health, family and workplace dynamics.
