I provide psychotherapeutic counselling to adults on a one-to-one basis for a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, relationships, low mood, and bereavement. I specialise in working with gifted adults, autistic adults, and people who have experienced limited or no success from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Whatever your situation, I am here to help you develop an understanding of what is happening and to find some hope and direction.
I am able to offer both short-term and long-term therapy. Counselling sessions are held online (video call), over the telephone, or at my therapy room in North Hykeham (nr. Lincoln). I endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) or 48 hours (weekends). If you find you haven't received a response, please check your spam/junk folders.
In addition to my private practice, I am a volunteer counsellor at St Barnabas Hospice, Lincolnshire.
