Hi I’m Simon, I support others through the challenges and difficulties that life can bring. I understand the thought of starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, having experienced this myself, I have trodden the path of personal therapy too. I wish to make the counselling experience as inviting, safe and comfortable as I can for you. I offer a confidential space for you to explore personal challenges, a space where you will be valued, not judged, and listened to, creating a foundation for growth and change.
Speciality support includes: ADHD, AUDHD, Substance Misuse and Anxiety. The direction of therapy will come from you; our time together can be short or long-term depending on your wishes, My role within the therapeutic relationship is to walk by your side as we collaboratively explore your personal world and present moment experiences.
I am passionate about being person-centred, providing clients a non-judgemental and empathic environment. My practise welcomes all, respecting equality, diversity, and inclusion, whilst holding a personal and professional interest in men’s wellbeing, encouraging and supporting others to work through their personal challenges.
