Hi I’m Simon, I support others through the challenges and difficulties that life can bring. I understand the thought of starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, having experienced this myself, I have trodden the path of personal therapy too. I wish to make the counselling experience as inviting, safe and comfortable as I can for you. I offer a confidential space for you to explore personal challenges, a space where you will be valued, not judged, and listened to, creating a foundation for growth and change.
The direction of therapy will come from you; our time together can be short or long-term depending on your wishes, I will value you as the expert in your life and experience. My role within the therapeutic relationship is to walk by your side as we collaboratively explore your personal world and present moment experiences.
I am passionate about being person-centred, providing clients a non-judgemental and empathic environment. My practise welcomes all, respecting equality, diversity, and inclusion, whilst holding a personal and professional interest in men’s wellbeing, encouraging and supporting others to work through their personal challenges.
