I work with men. You may be struggling with a relationship issue; you may find yourself in a repeating pattern of behaviour; or you may wish to explore existential issues in order to find greater meaning in your life. I understand that men often approach their emotions differently, and may find some forms of therapy unhelpful. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore whatever you bring without judgement.
Exploring childhood memories, dreams, and current circumstances, you may discover unconscious beliefs and world views that have held you back. From there, we can find a path towards greater self-acceptance and understanding, offering you the chance to let go of unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour and discover a better way of being in the world.
I won't keep asking you how you feel. Perhaps you don't know yet. From there, we will work together for as long as seems appropriate. I work with autism and masking, ADHD, boarding school survivors, LGB issues, anxiety and low mood, low self-esteem and more. I offer a free 30 minute initial session so we can both decide if we want to work together.
