In our first session together, I would offer you, the client a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space. This space helps you to focus on areas in your life you may be struggling to understand and manage. This space will also help you to process your thoughts, feelings and issues that maybe impacting your ability to fully enjoy or live your life in the way that you would wish too. The first session is for you to be as open and honest as you wish to about who you are, and how you are feeling in this moment.
I am a Qualified Level 4 MBACP counselling Practitioner based in Jersey. I offer 1 hour online as well as face to face counselling support. I have been working as a private practice counsellor for the past 4 years, offering support, guidance and reassurance to people in Jersey.
I specialise as a person centred counsellor, in short I believe that you have the answers to your own questions, and that I am here to facilitate a safe environment, in which you are able to find those answers.
